  1. Love you Pastor Mike your people at Bethel are so lucky! Praise GOD, Jesus Christ!!! (new christian about to get baptized next month, please pray for me Fernando Miranda.

  2. Can someone help me here, my Strong’s concordance only shows “Jesus” used 971 times and “book/s” used 185 times. Why the difference?

    • My Guess is that it is the same reason you get different search totals in E-Sword than you do in Quick Verse 3.0.

E-Sword bases it’s search functions on the Hebrew or Greek behind the English. Those definitions come directly from Strong’s concordance. Albeit it is the 1890 version of Strong’s it is still a buffer between the actual English Search Term.

If in places your term may have 2 or 3 different Greek or Hebrew meanings or Strong’s numbers associated with it and in some places it may not have one at all such as a word in italics you will then get a skewed search.

Even in the Strong’s Book itself you are still dependent on the opinion of someone else and man made error.

Since Strong’s is now being updated all the time as the Greek and Hebrew Lexicons are being updated themselves in my opinion it is no longer reliable just as the corrupt Bible Translations that are out there.

It all comes down to whether you believe God or not. Do you really believe that God could preserve His Word in English?

As simple as this seems it is a major issue. Your Salvation could hang in the balance.

The King James has been static and proven for 400 years in English.

(Php 2:12) Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
